If your office or department is interested in sponsoring a door decoration for the Climb the Tower event on Friday, June 5, contact Marcia Gehring in Marketing and Communications at 312.567.5776 or mgehring@iit.edu by Thursday, June 4. Sponsorship is at no charge. Sponsors must provide their own decoration materials.

Permitted decorations include, but are not limited to:

• Paper signage
• Streamers
• Pom-poms
• Photos

If you have a question about an item you would like to include, let us know. Blue tape will be provided by the Facilities team to hang items and can be requested from Marketing and Communications when you register.

Decorating may begin at 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 4 and all door decorations must be complete no later than 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 5, so that we may begin to clear the stairwells for the event.
