The Kickstarter project for the College of Architecture’s FIBERwave PAVILION is now available. FIBERwave is a full scale carbon fiber pavilion designed and built by students.
Carbon fiber material is a flexible and malleable cloth that can be cut with scissors and easily formed and fit over three dimensional molds. Through the fabrication of a full scale carbon fiber pavilion, the goal is to showcase the potential composite materials can bring to architectural expression.
