Continuous Improvement Seminar – Downtown Campus

The Continuous Improvement unit within the Office of Student Access, Success, and Diversity Initiatives (SASDI) is hosting a free interactive seminar on Tuesday, December 5 from 9 a.m.–noon at the Downtown Campus in Institute of Design’s 7th floor space. The seminar will focus on helping members of the Illinois Tech community manage change and continuously improve in their work. This seminar uses change management methodologies and concepts that are applicable to your real work. This seminar was conducted twice this fall, and due to expanded interest, it is being offered for a third time. RSVP here. Space is limited.

Seminar attendees will:

  • Learn how to identify quick wins in projects through an applied case study activity
  • Learn how to use a goal-oriented change management model to guide individual and organizational change
  • Provide feedback for SASDI’s new Continuous Improvement unit

Faculty, staff, alumni, key student leaders, and university friends are welcome to attend and learn about methods that have been proven – through research and anecdotally – to make projects more successful.
