If your department has printing equipment covered by a maintenance agreement with Imagetec and you want service to continue after May 31, you must take action.
Arrangements for payment must be made by the second week of June in order to continue service agreements. Imagetec has sent out invoicing and each department must make arrangements to pay using either a procurement card or purchase order.
