Crisis Support Line for those impacted by events in the Ukraine, Lifeworks EAP April Features: Supporting Families of All Sorts and Sizes

Lifeworks is Illinois Tech’s Employee Assistance Program. Each month they publish a new issue of their Heartbeat Newsletter and this month they’re focusing on Supporting Families of All Sorts and Sizes. Crisis Support Line for those impacted by events in Ukraine
While the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) help line is open for eligible employees, LifeWorks has also opened a Crisis Support Line for anyone in the community in need of emotional support in relation to the events in Ukraine. The Crisis Support Line is open 24/7 and can be reached in the United States at 1-877-757-7587, Canada at 1-844-751-2133, the United Kingdom at 0800 088 5339 and Ireland at 1800 817 227. By calling, individuals will receive professional emotional support and/or referral to community resources. This resource is available to anyone and everyone, client or not.
Finally, don’t forget about Lifeworks’ ongoing resources like LIFT Virtual Fitness, and Life Coaching, but of which are completely free. There are even discount opportunities. When you visit the Heartbeat Newsletter site, you also have access to prior months’ newsletters and all of their articles, videos, and resources.
