Students, Alumni, and Faculty at the ChBE Awards Dinner

Armour College of Engineering’s Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering (ChBE) held the first-ever ChBE Awards dinner, hosted by the Illinois Institute of Technology Chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE-IIT). The event was held the evening of April 24 in the Pritzker Club in the McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC).

Alumnus Venugopal Menon (PhD, ’86 ChE), vice president of technology development at Texas Instruments, Inc., presented the alumni address at the dinner. During the evening, several students, alumni and faculty were awarded for outstanding accomplishments throughout the academic year.
