Develop Healthy Habits for Weight Management with Wondr Health

As we get back to the swing of things in our new normal, now is the time for you to take advantage of the routine and get to work on developing new healthy habits for sustained weight loss and management. If that appeals to you, check out the BCBS Wondr Health (formerly Naturally Slim) program to see how it can help you reach your goals.

Wondr Health is a mindful eating and weight loss program that offers weekly video lessons that focus on overall health so you can be your best self. You’ll learn that it’s not what you eat but when and how you eat that will make the difference for lasting weight loss and better overall health. You’ll also have access to continuing support and additional resources through the online community and library. Check out this short video for a quick overview.

This program is open to all health plan members ages 18 and over, with the exception of pregnant women, and is at no cost to the member. The application window is September 6 – 19, 2021, for the session beginning on Monday, October 4.
