The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering will continue its Seminar Series on Friday, April 26 from 12:45–1:45 p.m. in Siegel Hall, Room 118, featuring guest speaker Zuyi Li, professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Illinois Tech and associate director of the Robert W. Galvin Center for Electricity Innovation.

Li will talk about how modern power systems have been undergoing the transition to smart grids featured by the wide use of information and communication technologies (ICT), which is not only beneficial in improving the economics and physical security of power system operation but also challenging in maintaining the cybersecurity of such a cyber-physical system.
