The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering will host ECE Day on Friday, April 13 from 1:30–5 p.m. in Siegel Hall. More than 60 students will present their research in a Poster Competition in the following six areas of research: power electronics, power systems, computernetworks and communications, signal and image processing, digital systems and VLSI and electronics and electromagnetics.
During ECE Day, the ECE External Advisory Board (EAB) will also meet with ECE faculty, tour our laboratories and centers, and partake in the student research competition. The day will culminate with the announcement of the poster winners and a talk from EAB member and ECE alum Bill Cordoso. Cordoso is founder and CEO of Creative Electron, and his speech will discuss “How to Know if You Should Start Your Own Business.”
