Empowerment, Leadership, and Mentorship Program
You are invited to attend the Empowerment, Leadership, and Mentorship (ELM) workshop series every Monday from March 1–22, 4:30–6 p.m. This is a four workshop series designed to aid you in developing into an empathetic, thoughtful, and successful leader and mentor, now and in your future endeavors.
Developed in consultation with Illinois Tech student leadership, the ELM program aims to provide support for positive change of academic performance, leadership, and the development of a more conscientious community. This is achieved by supporting existing and up and coming (student) leaders and programs to, in turn, support each other and the wider student body via an organically grown mentor support network.
