Lewis College of Human Sciences will sponsor a series of faculty development workshops this year. Each workshop will be led by a faculty member and all are designed to be informal conversations and sharing of best practices. All Illinois Tech faculty are invited to attend.
The first two workshops will be:
- Monday, October 23: Student testing and assessment, led by Jack Snapper, associate professor of philosophy
- Monday, November 13: What Makes a Good Faculty Advisor?, led by Jennifer Miller, assistant professor of psychology
The workshops will be held from 12:45–1:45 p.m. in the Lewis College of Human Sciences Conference Room on the 14th floor of the IIT Tower.
