For departments given an allocation of Federal Work Study funds for 2013-14, submit the name, student identification number and hiring ORG number for the students that should be paid from the Federal Work Study fund to Financial Aid Counselor Aesha Williams no later than Tuesday, October 15, 2013. Note: Financial Aid will begin reallocating funds mid-October from those departments who do not contact the Office of Financial Aid with this information.

Departments who are still seeking employees should send job details to Aesha Williams for posting on the Financial Aid website and portal channel. In addition, per federal regulations, the Office of Financial Aid must maintain current job descriptions for all federal work study positions on campus and all supervisors are required to submit a current job description.
