Students who turn in all requested verification documents by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 17 and attend to any subsequent questions regarding the verification process will be able to have their federal aid disbursed on the first day of fall classes. Students who accept federal student loans should also complete additional requirements at studentaid.gov to ensure their loans disburse on the first day of class. Please note the Office of Financial aid will begin loading completed loan requirements in mid-July.
Students can submit scanned documents via email at email@example.com (pictures of documents are also accepted). Students without access to a scanner can mail their documents to Office of Financial Aid, Perlstein Hall Room 206, 10 W. 33rd Street, Chicago, IL 60616. The office hopes to offer electronic verification forms in mid-July, but will move forward with documents signed in ink for those hoping to complete verification this month.
