First Business News spoke with several attorneys who attended a panel discussion hosted by IIT Chicago-Kent’s Sports & Entertainment Law Society on December 5 about growing concern of career-ending brain injuries in the NFL. Panelists interviewed included William Gibbs of Corboy & Demetrio, a 2004 IIT Chicago-Kent graduate who represents three former NFL players as well as the estate of the late Chicago Bears player Dave Duerson.
