The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce that individuals who may still have balances in their 2019 Health or Dependent Care Flexible Spending account, can now submit any outstanding claims for 2019 for reimbursement. Normally, claims for expenses must be submitted no later than March 31 the year after the plan year ends. However, due to a provision in the recently passed CARES Act, the university was able to extend the 2019 claims submission deadline until December 31, 2020.

WageWorks is now set up to accept any outstanding 2019 claims. You may view your 2019 account balance by logging in to your account at www.wageworks.com. Claims can be submitted via the Pay Me Back feature once logged in, via the WageWorks Ez Receipts App, or by downloading a claim form and mailing or faxing it to WageWorks.
