Founders Equity, Dilution, and Cap Tables . . . What Every Startup Needs to Know

The Jules F. Knapp Entrepreneurship Center will host a free workshop on Tuesday, April 25 from 6–8 p.m. at Chicago-Kent College of Law, 7th Floor – ID Space (565 West Adams Street, Chicago).

The workshop, titled “Founders Equity, Dilution and Cap Tables…What Every Startup Needs to Know” will be led by Bob Gillespie, a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in technology, leadership, and operations. Attendees will learn and discuss how founder equity is affected by dilution from outside investment and option pools. The workshop will also examine various rounds of funding to understand how capitalization tables change over time. The event is certain to keep all parties interested with Bob’s great sense of humor and fun personality.

Light refreshments will be served during this networking opportunity. Register here
