Join us for a free Blockchain Info Session for Illinois Tech students on Saturday, November 3 from 9:30–11:30 a.m. in the IIT Tower 14th floor computer lab.
There is very strong market demand for knowledgeable, experienced Blockchain Engineers, and by some reports, the demand is so strong that there are 14 open positions for each Blockchain candidate. This two-hour session will introduce students to concepts needed for understanding Blockchain technologies and why they are important as the next paradigm of trusted, decentralized, distributed computing.
This session is a sneak peek at the new ITMS 479/ ITMS 579 Blockchain class that will be taught in spring 2019, which will have multiple Blockchain development projects, hands-on components, and real-world exercises.
Students must register by emailing their name and CWID to Mary LaFleur at prolearn@iit.edu. You will receive a confirmation that you are registered.
If you do not register, you will not be able to attend.
This event is only open to Illinois Tech students.
