Flu shots at the Health and Benefits Fair
Wednesday, October 31
11 a.m.–1 p.m. in the McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC) Ballroom

This year’s fair will include participation from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dental Dental, EyeMed, LifeWorks EAP, TIAA, Fidelity, and more. OnTarget Living will present a health cooking demo at noon, and CHC Wellness will be on-hand to provide flu shots (regular and preservative-free) at no cost to Illinois Tech health plan members. 2018 Health Screenings
Monday, November 5 and Friday, November 16
7 a.m.–2 p.m. in the MTCC Brown/Yellow/Blue Rooms
Catapult Health will be onsite for health checkups (biometric screenings), a quick way to get a snapshot of your overall health. Schedule a screening if you haven’t been to the doctor for a while, or to check your numbers (blood pressure, cholesterol, A1C, etc.). Screenings are free, but open only to Illinois Tech health-plan members. Complete a screening and be entered into a drawing for an Amazon gift card. Click here to schedule your screening.
