The United States-Israel Educational Foundation (USIEF) plans to award eight fellowships to American postdoctoral scholars who seek to pursue research at Israeli institutions of higher education. The grants, which will commence during the 2019–20 academic year, are open to researchers in all academic disciplines and support programs of work in Israel for up to 20 months (two academic years 2019–20 and 2020–21).

The deadline for proposals has been extended to Saturday, September 1, 2018.
