The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has posted calls for the solicitation of basic research proposals: Fundamental Research to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction BAA: HDTRA1-14-24-FRCWMD-BAA.

Proposals are due to the sponsor by Wednesday, February 28.
