Global Cuisine Menu Update For February

The Student Center for Diversity and Inclusion invites you to dine in the Commons Cafeteria for a culinary treat. The lunchtime program for the month of February will introduce delicious meals from four different regions of the world. In partnership with African Student Organization, Black Student Union and Caribbean Visionaries, students from these groups have suggested the recipes for the cultural dishes. This Friday, February 14, 2014, will now feature Caribbean cuisine.

· Friday, February 21 – Louisiana Cajun
· Friday, February 28 – Southern Cuisine
