Interested in participating in a research study? IIT/IFSH Clinical Nutrition Research Center investigators are interested in understanding the effect of grape seed extract in healthy individuals. Attendees can participate in this nutrition research study if they meet the following qualifications:

1.Must be a healthy individual
2.Between the ages of 20-65 years
3.Non-smoker
4.Not taking blood pressure and/or lipid lowering medications

This study involves a two seven-hour study visit day and blood sample collection on each study visit day. Breakfast will be provided on each study visit day. Participants will receive $200 for compensation.
