The Office of Marketing and Communications will be offering professional headshots for Illinois Tech faculty and staff on:
- Wednesday, October 4, from 9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
- Thursday, October 5, from noon–4 p.m.
Photos will be taken on the 13th floor of Michael Paul Galvin Tower in the M&C office. The photos will be used on university/college/department websites, and may also appear in marketing print materials and social media posts.
Spaces are limited, so please sign up today!
PLEASE NOTE:
- Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Select only one time slot.
- Each time slot in the Calendly calendar is five minutes long. Each person will have five minutes to check in and have a photo taken.
- Please be on time for your photo. If at any point you are unable to use the time that you have selected, please email Andrew Wyder at awyder@iit.edu so that your appointment time may be offered to someone else.
- If you had your photo taken at either of the last two photo days, you do NOT need to have your photo taken again. These spaces are reserved for those faculty and staff who have not had a photo taken recently.
- Sign up by Monday, October 2, at noon.
