If you are a full-time student or on an F1 or J1 visa, you have been enrolled in the IIT Student Health Insurance plan. If this is an error and you would like to waive the health coverage because you have an alternate plan that meets the waiver guide lines, please complete the online waiver process here by February 1, 2014.

Student health coverage began January 6, 2014 and will end August 13, 2014. Students may view full benefit details here. You may print your insurance card here. Insurance cards will not be mailed unless a request is made by calling 800.841.3140.

Aetna Student Health is introducing an app that will allow you to have your insurance card and benefit details in the palm of your hand. To access the app using your smart phone or mobile device, follow the instructions below.

• Download the Aetna App
• Register as an Aetna member
• At welcome screen, select ID card
• Select member
• View Card
• An image of the front and back of your card will appear
