When you see the Mindful logo in The Commons, you can be assured you are making a healthier choice. Mindful combines satisfying portions with fewer calories and great taste.
Mindful selections have:
- Total fat: less than or equal to 35% of calories from fat
- Saturated fat: less than or equal to 10% of calories from fat
- Are free from trans fat
- Less than or equal to 100 mg cholesterol and less than or equal to 550KCal per entree
