How to Reach Access, Card, and Parking Services

Access, Card, and Parking Services are available through a combination of online and walk-in customer service. Please refer to the guide below to determine how to reach us based on your service needs. 
HawkCard IDs
MyHawkCard– Online photo submission is required for all new students, faculty, and staff of the university. Visit the online photo submission webpage for more information. Pickup will be available at the MTCC mailroom Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1) business day after photo is accepted. Please also use MyHawkCard to confirm your meal plan, add TechCash, or mark your HawkCard lost or found if needed.
ACaPS Store– Online payments are required for all replacement HawkCard IDs. Pickup will be available at the MTCC mailroom Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1) business day after payment is received. TechCash deposits can also be made via the ACaPS store via electronic check payment. These deposits will be processed within (1) business day.
Access Requests & Support
Requests for HawkCard access to additional areas should be directed to by an administrator of the requested location. All requests are subject to review and approval.  Additional area access requests will generally receive an initial response within (1) business day.
Ventra UPass
Student Ventra UPass pickup is available at the MTCC mailroom, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Online payment is required for all replacement UPasses. Pickup for replacement cards will be available within one week after payment is received.
MyParking – Parking registration is open for students, faculty, staff, and tenants of the university. Online permits will be linked to registered vehicles immediately. Semester, academic, and annual permits will be mailed to the address on record within 10 business days of purchase.
Appeals- Email within (7) days of the citation issue date. The email should include the appeal grounds and a brief, general explanation. More information regarding appeal grounds can be found here.
Payments– Parking citations must be paid online through MyParking within (7) days of the citation issue date.
