IIT Architecture Student and Faculty Exhibition of Work

Plan to attend “Work Local: Art Meets Industry,” where local artists, craftsmen and students from IIT will come together in this design-based exhibition. The event will be co-curated by IIT Chicago Architecture Studio Associate Professor, Paul Pettigrew.

Work from Paul Pettigrew’s Arch 447 Architecture & Furniture Fall 2014 course will go on display at the Lubeznik Center for the Arts (101 W. Second Street, Michigan City, Ind.) beginning Friday February 6, 2015 with an opening reception fromĀ 5-8 p.m.. Work will remain on display until Saturday, April 18, 2015. The exhibit will be open on weekdays from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and weekends from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

Exhibiting IIT Architecture students and faculty include: Will Carlson, Brittany Mead, Mike Bart, Christopher Brich, Jocelyn Wen, Kyeore Lee, Taylor Lilly, Katarzyna Guzik and Paul Pettigrew

All projects incorporated wood, material and inspiration from the lake Michigan shoreline between Chicago and Southwest Michigan.
