IIT Chicago-Kent Clinical Professor of Law Richard Kling talked with Fox News Chicago and NBC 5 about the case of Fedell Caffey, who was convicted of murder in 1995 but has been granted a new hearing to argue he didn’t get a fair trail. Kling has handled some of Caffey’s past appeals.
