IIT Chicago-Kent’s Spring 2015 Film Series on Race Continues with American Denial

In an effort to foster meaningful discussions about race, join IIT Chicago-Kent faculty, students, and alumni for a film screening of American Denial. The screening will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. in the Governor Richard B. Ogilvie Auditorium on the IIT Downtown Campus.

American Denial explores the power of unconscious bias around race and class. This program is presented by the IIT Chicago-Kent Diversity Committee in conjunction with the Black Law Students Association, the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, the Hispanic-Latino Law Students Association, and the South Asian Law Students Association.

The screening is free and open to the public.

This event reflects the values expressed in IIT’s Diversity Statement and is intended to promote diversity at IIT.
