In observance of Labor Day, most IIT offices and facilities will be closed Monday, September 2, reopening Tuesday, September 3 for normal business hours. Classes will not be held on Labor Day.

The closures includes IIT libraries on all campuses and Keating Sports Center on Main Campus.

IIT Dining Services will observe special hours Saturday-Monday:

Saturday, August 31
• Standard Hours

Sunday, September 1
• Global Grounds and Center Court will be closed
• Commons will operate on a Brunch schedule (11:30 a.m. -1 p.m.; Dinner 4:30 – 7 p.m.)

Monday, September 2, Labor Day
• Center Court open 7 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
• Commons will operate on a Brunch schedule (Brunch 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m.; Dinner 4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.)
