Several IIT College of Architecture professors were recently ranked in the Top 50 in Design list in Architect magazine. John Ronan’s firm,  John Ronan Architects, is ranked number three; Carol Ross Barney’s firm, Ross Barney Architects, stands at number 18; and Skidmore Owings & Merrill is number 30 on the list. CoA Cloud Studio professors Robert Bracken and Douglas Voigt, along with Neil Katz, Mark Nagis, and Joel Putnam, are employed at Skidmore Owings & Merrill.
