The women’s cross country team took full advantage of IIT’s prestigious alums notable quote, “Less is more.” In the latest national rankings the IIT Scarlet Hawks women’s XC team remains the 23rd best team in the nation as ranked by the NAIA coaches’ poll. Although the team was idle this past weekend they did manage to receive ten more additional votes giving IIT 133, compared to the previous weeks 123. This raises’ the programs high water mark for national recognition.
