The fifth edition of the 2012 NAIA Top 25 coaches poll provided another new height for the Illinois Institute of Technology‘s women’s cross country program. Although idle this past weekend, Illinois Tech received a record total of 313 votes eclipsing the previous high last week of 270. As a result, for the second-consecutive week IIT has occupied the slot reserved for the 17th best team in the country. The cross country programs are in action this weekend at the Brooks Invitational hosted by UW-Oshkosh.
