Illinois Tech, Chicago Humanities Team Up for a Star-Studded Day of Provocative Ideas on Saturday

Illinois Institute of Technology and Chicago Humanities welcome everyone from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2024, for a full day of programs, speakers and interactive installations.

Attendees will  entertain provocative ideas from more than 12 leading thinkers. Hear from John Maeda, Ruha Benjamin, Caro Murphy, George Stephanopoulos, Kathleen Hanna, Jamaica Kincaid, Walter Hood, and more during a star-studded day of programming dedicated to considering our future, human and otherwise.

For more than 30 years, Chicago Humanities has been curating live events that bring the world to Chicago while elevating Chicago on behalf of the people who call it home. Centered on culture, creativity, and connection, these experiences expose audiences to the most provocative thinkers—both established and emerging—while celebrating new perspectives and ways of thinking.
