Illinois Tech joins the City of Chicago in congratulating the Jackie Robinson West All-Stars Little League team on winning the National Championship in the Little League Baseball World Series over the weekend. This is the first national title for a Chicago team since 1983.

The victory parade passes by IIT Main Campus at 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2014. The best viewing will be at 35th and State Streets. Minimal street closures are planned during the parade. The parade route will conclude with a rally at approximately 11 a.m. in Millennium Park.
