Illinois Tech Global Leaders Program—Interview Volunteers Needed

glp_logo_badge Facebook profile.pngThe Illinois Tech Global Leaders Program will begin interviewing finalists for the 2017–19 cohort the week of Monday, April 3. The GLP will interview more than 100 diverse, talented, high-school sophomores from across the Chicagoland area.

Each finalist will get a one-on-one interview with a current Global Leader Program staff member, as well as a small group interview (three-four scholars + two volunteer interviewers).

Overview of Volunteer Interviewer Role

Volunteer interviewers will receive a set of questions and detailed instructions to facilitate the small-group interview. It is intended to be a somewhat relaxed conversation and aims primarily to assess how the applicant interacts with their peers. It should also be quite enjoyable, as the applications we’ve read are of extremely high quality.
