The Illinois Tech Global Leaders Program (GLP), formerly the IIT Boeing Scholars Academy, is currently seeking experienced adult professionals and undergraduate students who are interested in mentoring diverse, high-achieving high school juniors. The Global Leaders Program aims to inspire students to lead and serve their communities through STEM and access higher education. Project Mentors will work with a small team of high school juniors throughout the year as they implement a Community Innovation Project of their design. These projects address a real-world problem that Scholars care about. Project Mentors volunteer about five-10 hours per month to meet and advise their team of six to eight Scholars. Learn more here.
