All students who have not submitted or completed their immunization requirements will receive a hold on their account, preventing spring registration, on Tuesday, November 3, 2015. The Student Health and Wellness Center would like to help you meet the requirements set forth by the State of Illinois in order to achieve compliance at the Illinois Institute of Technology. You may contact us at 312.567.7550 to schedule an appointment to receive any necessary vaccinations or to determine what vaccinations you may need.
Students may also utilize a community provider of their choice and send their immunization records to our office. A soft hold will be placed on your account with an accompanying alert within your MyIIT portal. Please remember that an immunization hold will prevent you from registering for spring courses.
