Are you a new or transfer international student who was not able to attend the International Student Orientation program in August? A make-up orientation will be held on Monday, October 5, from 12:45-1:50 p.m. in The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC) Auditorium.
Feel free to bring your lunch.
This mandatory make-up session is for new F1 & J1 students who did not attend the International Center’s Orientation Program on August 21.
We will cover:
– How to meet with an International Student Advisor
– Maintaining your immigration status
– Traveling as an F1 or J1 student
– Employment in the United States
– Taxes, driving, and important laws
