If you’re new to the United States and to IIT, join the staff of the International Center for the launch of the Hawk 101 series focusing on five of the most important skills you need to know about navigating your life. The event will be held at 12:45 pm on Thursday, January 17 in PH 108.

Topics covered will include opening bank accounts, finding the resources you need on campus and in the community, getting around the city, restaurant and tipping etiquette, and— perhaps most importantly—conversation starters and small talk.
