The new John + Pat Anderson’s Cafe is now open in the Ed Kaplan Family Institute for Innovation and Tech Entrepreneurship. It is serving locally brewed Metropolis coffee and a selection of pastries, sandwiches, and salads for all to enjoy!

Starting April 1 you can use meal exchanges at this location. You can purchase one of two options: a breakfast sandwich, a hand fruit, and a 12-ounce coffee OR a lunch sandwich, bag of chips, and 12-ounce coffee or iced tea.
