Kaplan Test Prep Scholarship for Pre-Health Students

The Premedical Advisory Committee has one Kaplan Test Prep Scholarship available for students interested in taking a course to prepare for the MCAT, DAT, OAT, PCAT, or GRE (vet). This scholarship covers the full cost of the course. Students must not be currently enrolled in a Kaplan test prep course, and this scholarship does not apply to one-to-one tutoring packages, summer intensive programs, or PLUS course options.

To apply for this scholarship, you must submit a one to two page essay on what you have done to prepare yourself for your chosen health-profession school and why you feel the Kaplan test prep will better prepare you for the exam. Please address your current efforts (shadowing and other relevant experiences), a current unofficial Illinois Tech transcript, and future plans. All materials must be submitted to Kathryn Spink by noon on Monday, September 17. If awarded, the scholarship must be redeemed by December 31, 2018. The recipient must register for a course before the end of the year, but may take the course next year. Contact Kathryn Spink at spink@iit.edu with questions.
