Information Technology & Management Organization (ITMO) will host a Website Workshop to show students services/tools to make great websites quickly & easily!

Why have a digital resume/portfolio, especially one that is responsive?
Mobile device users have grown rapidly over the past couple years, surpassing the desktop PC. Mobile or responsive websites are almost a must today! Think about this, your future employer could be looking at your website on his/her way to interview you. What an impression you would make by having a well-designed responsive personal website!

We’re here to help you!
ITMO wants to provide you with the tools to set you apart from other people. We’ll have you up and running with a new personal website in 30 minutes.

We will have two workshop days to accommodate those who cannot make one or the other:

Where
These workshops will be located at the Idea Shop (3440 South Dearborn)
If you haven’t been here before, view the campus map here. The building is called Technology Business Center (lower left had corner of the map).

What
What should you bring?

  • a laptop,
  • a digital copy of your resume (example: a Word document, LinkedIn, etc.),
  • photos (example: profile pictures, portfolio pictures, etc.)
  • anything else you would like to put on your website (projects, project descriptions, links to social media, etc.)
