Margaret Power, professor of history and chair of the Department of Humanities, was invited to present a paper at the University of Notre Dame on February 9. The paper, “Latin American Solidarity with the Puerto Rican Nationalist Party in the 1950s,” was presented to the Latin American History Working Group. The group includes Latin American historians—both faculty and graduate students at Notre Dame—who gather monthly for extended and creative intellectual exchange.
