Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.

Established in 2014, IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification (TTE) is focused on components, sub-systems, systems, standards, and grid interface technologies related to power and energy conversion, propulsion, and actuation for all types of electrified vehicles including on-road, off-road, off-highway, and rail vehicles, airplanes, and ships. This journal is jointly sponsored by multiple technical societies under IEEE and is the flagship journal on electrified transportation. Krishnamurthy has been selected to serve as the Editor-in-Chief for this journal starting April 1, 2020.
