Chicago Sun Times and Medill Reports covered a press event at which Mayor Emanuel and representatives from Nokia announced that the company is expanding their location-based traffic service division in Chicago, with company representatives noting that Nokia works with local colleges, including IIT, to “provide training for skilled technical workers who the company might one day hire.”
