National Institute on Aging Grantee to Host Expense Covered Training for Early Career Investigators

The Stanford Center on Longevity and Duke Center for Interdisciplinary Decision Science are inviting applications from early career social scientists to attend a two-day training workshop at Stanford University Monday, September 10 and Tuesday, September 11, 2018.

Supported by a grant from the National Institute on Aging, this workshop will focus on strategies and tools for academic researchers to collaborate with private sector companies on applied research problems and interventions related to everyday decision making and behavior.

Assistant professors, postdocs, and Ph.D. students who have advanced to candidacy are eligible to apply. Women and minorities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Travel and lodging will be covered for trainees. Applications are due Tuesday, May 1, 2018.
