For students whose fall 2015 degrees were conferred by December 19, 2015, diplomas are available for in-person pickup until Friday, January 8, 2016 from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. at the One Stop located in The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC), Room 106. Valid photo identification must be presented at the time of pickup.

New alums unable to pick up their diplomas may request they be shipped to a preferred address at no charge by completing the Diploma Shipping Request form. The shipment of diplomas will begin on Thursday, January 14, 2016 and requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The tracking or consignment number for each shipment will be provided to the email address entered in the form once the shipping request has been processed.
