The overwhelmingly positive response by both students and staff to the online services that the Office of the Bursar has worked hard to implement over the past few years has changed the way that students and staff interact with our office. Based on recent analysis, we have determined that a modified cashier window schedule can accommodate the decreased volume of transactions that occur at the window. All other Bursar services are available at all times through the myIIT portal and Bursar’s Office website. In addition, a staff member can be reached during all business hours by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Effective January 17, 2012, the Cashier’s Office hours will be as follows:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 – 5 pm
Closed: Tuesday and Thursday
Monday and Thursday 10 am – 6 pm
Closed: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
The office in Main Building, room 207 will be open during all normal business hours, Monday-Friday. If you must make a payment in person, please visit us during our new open cashier window hours.
