HawkWorks, a new integrated workplace management system, will be available to university housing residents beginning Saturday, September 29. This new system will provide significantly enhanced functionality and integration with other university systems. Improvements include new email notifications and reduced processing time.

The new system will be accessed through the same link currently used in My Rooms. Just click “Submit a New Maintenance Request,” enter your myIIT login credentials, and the HawkWorks window will open. Training materials will be distributed soon.
